Shreveport-Bossier is rapidly becoming well known for it role it films, cuisine, sports, and shopping; but have you seen the other side? I made a short clip of a different side of the area. This film features the areas only sanctioned bagpipe competition in one of Shreveport's historic buildings now housing the Karpeles Manuscript Library Museum.
